Uroš Grujić is Head of Investment Properties at CBRE South Eastern Europe (SEE), direct subsidiary of CBRE Group Inc, a global leader in commercial real estate services and investment. He has over 10 years of experience within investment advisory across SEE region. Since 2012, he has been a head of capital markets for JLL in charge for SEE region. In 2018 he joined CBRE where he took the Senior Director role in charge for all investment advisory business in SEE.
Throughout his career, Uroš and his team have advised some of the largest real estate transactions across SEE including retail, office, logistics and hotel assets. He has helped CBRE become the leading transaction advisor in this part of Europe. Apart from investment transactions, he has been involved in numerous other capital markets activities such as financing, equity capital and other form of capital advisory segments.
Uroš holds Master’s Degree in Business Administration from EU Business School (Spain), and Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Wright State University (United States). He is active member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
