Ančica Đorđević is Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Coca Cola Hellenic Serbia and Montenegro.
She has been working as Finance Manager and Finance Expert for over 15 years, gaining experience from several finance areas and working closely with Commercial and Supply Chain teams. Ančica worked as finance expert on numerous capital investment projects within Coca Cola Hellenic Serbia and Montenegro providing financial insights and appraisal. Also, she worked on several projects related to distribution and market supply improvement coupled with cross border transfer and export model improvement projects.
During her carrier she was particularly focused on the financial management of Supply Chain Optimization with special attention on working capital improvement and inventory control. On her current position, she is in charge for preparation, controlling and consolidation of budgeting and planning process for five companies in Coca Cola Serbia and Montenegro Business Units. Ančica has Master degree from University of Belgrade and she is member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
