As a professional with more than twenty years of experience in key positions in IT management, project and process management in the banking industry, Bojana Kaličanin-Stojanović comes from the headquarters of the NLB Group in Slovenia and from the position of general manager for IT development, as well as deputy CIO (Chief Information Officer).
As a regional expert for the implementation and management of changes, as well as for defining and implementing the business digitalization strategy, Bojana Kaličanin-Stojanović has numerous successful projects behind her – both at the local and group level.
In the period from 2014 to 2020, she held the position of executive director of the Business Technology and Organization Sector at NLB Bank Belgrade, while from 2006 to 2014 she held various key positions in the IT and organization of the former Hypo Alpe Adria Bank.
She graduated from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences of the University of Belgrade, after which she continued to upgrade her knowledge by participating in various programs and educations in the field of leadership, management, project management and IT, among which are Harvard Business School and Leadership development program – IEDC Bled School of Management.
