Ivana Glišević Đurović has 17 years of professional experience, including more than 15 years of experience in programming, implementation and monitoring of EU financed programmes and projects, under the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA). During her engagement in the Government of Montenegro, she was Director General for EU funds and National IPA Coordinator. Also, she was a member of various governmental and other working groups such as the National Investment Committee, Council for Cooperation between Public Administration Bodies and NGOs, Working Group for the Economic Reform Programme of Montenegro, RESPA Programme Committee, etc.

She participated in development and coordination of the main strategic national and EU documents and cooperated with national institutions and EC services. She was engaged in the process of Montenegro’s negotiations with the EU, as a member of the Negotiation Team and as Negotiator for Chapter 22. She worked on the definition of legislative framework and institutional set up related to Cohesion Policy and EU Structural and Investment Funds.
